To tap to conversations simply open the audio folder on the LAN or Network and open the recordings which are being recorded. Note that there is a two seconds delay.

The new software can disabe the keys on the recorder so agents are not capable of stopping the recorder when they choose. The software gives call centers and individuals total control over thier recordings by setting up passwords and choosing what to enable and disable.
